Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Success Operations Analyst to support operational connections between Success Management, Service, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational support partner for Advisor Success Management and Home Office teams
• Assist in coordinating and resolving complex service issues and escalations
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
• 3+ years of financial services experience, including exposure to W2 and 1099 advisor models
• 3+ years of experience in service, operations, or branch administration
• Experience with operational reporting, dashboards, or workflow tools
• Prior experience supporting advisor teams or client success functions
