Series 7 Licensed Client Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote capacity, the full-time Series 7 Licensed Client Services Representative will assist clients with product usage, resolve issues in collaboration with operations teams, and communicate investment concepts clearly.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support through email and phone communication
• Enhance client experience by helping them utilize online tools and resources effectively
• Collaborate with operations teams to address and resolve client concerns

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or fintech
• Preferred experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members
• Comfortable working independently and learning new concepts quickly
• Series 7 and 66 preferred or must be obtained within 3 months of joining
