Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Series 7 Licensed Customer Service Representative will assist clients with equities trading, margin accounts, and options trading through phone, email, and chat while driving continuous improvements in the customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove customer service through various communication channels
• Drive continuous improvement to the customer service experience by identifying and deploying enhancements
• Expand financial services expertise with a focus on equities trading, margin, and options

Required qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses with 1+ years of customer-facing brokerage experience
• Experience with equities trading, margin accounts, and options trading
• Clean regulatory record with no Disclosure Events
• Familiarity with front-end mobile trading applications
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
