Series 7 Licensed Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support the Brokerage Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post trade processing for all security products traded by partner clients
• Establish positions in the internal system and custodians, while responding to partner inquiries and trade exceptions
• Provide support and expertise for new business initiatives and regulatory changes related to trade processing

Required Qualifications

• Industry expertise in Broker dealers, Brokerage Operations, and Trade Support
• Experience with broker dealer build-outs and understanding of trade flows
• Series 7 or 99 License required
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Jira
• Experience with OMS systems such as SS&C Eze Castle and front-end trading systems like Neovest
