Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge - Active Trading Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of active and sophisticated traders, providing a high-touch experience
• Act as the primary contact and strategic advisor for members navigating various asset classes
• Drive member retention and engagement through proactive outreach and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a trading or wealth management organization
• Possession of Series 7, Series 63/66, and Series 4 licenses (or ability to obtain them)
• Experience with advanced options trading, margin trading, crypto trading, and/or API trading
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in delivering business outcomes
• Experience collaborating with internal partners to enhance user experience
