Series 99 Licensed Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced operational support, the fully remote Series 99 Licensed Operations Analyst will ensure the accurate and timely processing of securities settlements for institutional equity and fixed income products while collaborating with Trading, Sales, and external counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day settlement of equity and fixed income trades, ensuring timely processing across multiple platforms
• Independently analyze and resolve complex settlement issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Settlement Services

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in brokerage, capital markets operations, or settlement processing
• Strong understanding of securities settlement processes and post-trade lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and resolve with limited supervision
• Series 99 license
• Experience working with clearing firms (e.g., Pershing or similar environments)
