Series 99 Payments Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily shareholder payments, the full-time remote Series 99 Payments Manager will manage a team handling shareholder communication, payment processing, and reconciliation functions while ensuring compliance with deal requirements and maintaining high payment success rates.

Key responsibilities

• Approves daily bank reconciliations and prepares deal-level monthly reconciliation reports
• Defines and implements controls for record review processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with SLAs
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of operational management experience with direct supervisory oversight
• 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or training
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems like NetSuite
• FINRA-licensed Series 99 Operations Professional or ability to procure within the first year from hire date
