Server Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Server Administrator to serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of enterprise server infrastructure, including directory services and virtualization platforms
• Oversee storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems to ensure data integrity and business continuity
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale IT environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Required certification in a systems or infrastructure discipline (e.g., MCSE, VCAP, RHCE)
• Deep expertise with enterprise operating systems and platforms, including Microsoft, VMware, and/or Linux
• Strong experience administering Active Directory, messaging systems, and enterprise database environments
