Server Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Server Administrator to work remotely, the full-time position will manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure server infrastructure while focusing on automation and process improvement in enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement robust server solutions, including disaster recovery planning and backup procedures
• Support and maintain server technologies across both virtualized and non-virtualized environments
• Perform in-depth system analysis and develop comprehensive system documentation to ensure optimal performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in server administration within enterprise IT environments
• Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, and AWS Cloud (EC2) server environments
• Experience designing and implementing redundant and fault-tolerant systems
• Proficiency in documentation development for system architectures and procedures
• Knowledge of automation/orchestration tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or Puppet
