Job Summary

Leading a high-volume server activation team, the full-time Server Onboarding Manager will oversee the end-to-end activation of new servers, manage automation processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Server Onboarding team to ensure rapid and efficient activation of new servers
• Oversee server imaging, firmware updates, and automation provisioning pipelines
• Track onboarding metrics and implement continuous improvements in processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in server provisioning, deployment automation, or infrastructure operations
• Hands-on expertise with server imaging and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, scripting)
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams during high-volume deployments
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
