Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and providers
- Serve as a liaison to manage first-level response and resolution of escalated issues
- Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and expertise
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of and experience with Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
