Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and providers
  • Serve as a liaison to manage first-level response and resolution of escalated issues
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and expertise
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Knowledge of and experience with Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
