Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor (3rd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the coordination, prioritization, and scheduling of fleet repairs
Receive and organize estimate requests, setting pricing and ensuring compliance with contracts
Communicate with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes and manage service status updates

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience
Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
Familiarity with key vehicle parts
Dealership service advisor experience preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
