Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor (3rd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients
Manage communication with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes and obtain authorizations
Schedule services based on part availability and manage workflow progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience
Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
Familiarity with key vehicle parts
Dealership service advisor experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
