Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and maintain the company fleet for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work needed and manage the repair scheduling
• Communicate work orders with clients and monitor workflow progress to ensure timely completion
• Manage parts ordering and updates, and handle customer escalations regarding service completion

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience, preferably with medium and heavy-duty vehicles
• Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts and dealership service advisor experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
• Ability to read and create spreadsheets
