Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and maintain the company fleet for maximum equipment life and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work needed and manage parts ordering
• Communicate work orders with clients and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Schedule planned maintenance events and manage the repair order lifecycle for accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience with medium and heavy duty vehicles
• Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts and fleet systems
• Dealership service advisor experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to read and create spreadsheets
