Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet maintenance for medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work needed and manage parts ordering
• Communicate work orders with clients and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Schedule planned maintenance events and manage the repair order lifecycle

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience with medium and heavy-duty vehicles
• Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts and dealership service advisor experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
• Must be multi-task oriented and able to follow instructions for required training
