Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor (3rd Shift Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients
• Manage communication with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes and obtain necessary authorizations
• Schedule services based on part availability and manage workflow progress with clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience
• Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts
• Dealership service advisor experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
