Job Summary

Seeking customer service-oriented individuals, the full-time Service Advisor will work remotely to monitor the repair experience for customers, resolve service delays, and negotiate with service providers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the repair experience for customers by making processing decisions on open repair events
  • Negotiate with service providers regarding authorizations, part ordering, and compliance oversight tasks
  • Resolve customer escalations and complaints while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Schedule flexibility and willingness to adjust to business needs, including nights and weekends
  • Able to attend each class of the required training period
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
