Service Advisor

Job Summary

To support strategic accounts, the part-time hourly Service Advisor will manage the coordination, prioritization, and scheduling of fleet repairs while ensuring effective communication with customers regarding the progress of work in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organize estimate request submissions from technicians and clients, ensuring quality and compliance with contracts
• Manage communication with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes and obtain necessary authorizations for service work
• Schedule services based on part availability and prioritize workload to minimize downtime

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive or technical experience
• Prior technician or mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts on Light Duty, Medium Duty, and Heavy-Duty Vehicles
• Dealership service advisor experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in fleet systems and Excel
