Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor, Heavy Truck Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve/decline repairs for heavy trucks based on client policies
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from drivers and suppliers regarding repairs and roadside events
• Assist drivers in finding appropriate repair facilities and negotiate repairs on behalf of clients

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a mechanic or service advisor specializing in diesel engines
• Active ASE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work early evenings, 1 day per weekend, and holidays
