Job Summary
A company is looking for a Navigation- Step Up- Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level service to customers with complex medical conditions through various communication channels
- Educate customers on medical health plan benefits and assist with provider searches and appointment scheduling
- Investigate and resolve escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with customers and necessary parties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in US Commercial Medical Call Operations
- Proficiency in relevant systems such as Proclaim, CCF/CDHP, Medical OneGuide, and OneView
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment independently
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
