Job Summary

A company is looking for a Navigation- Step Up- Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level service to customers with complex medical conditions through various communication channels
  • Educate customers on medical health plan benefits and assist with provider searches and appointment scheduling
  • Investigate and resolve escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with customers and necessary parties
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience in US Commercial Medical Call Operations
  • Proficiency in relevant systems such as Proclaim, CCF/CDHP, Medical OneGuide, and OneView
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment independently
  • Proficiency in Word and Outlook
