Job Summary

To support customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Service Advocate III will assist State members by addressing benefit and claim inquiries, providing education on self-service tools, and resolving service-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to benefit and claim-related inquiries via phone and written communication
  • Utilize the Florida Blue Call Strategy to deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on issue resolutions
  • Research and adjudicate claims, ensuring compliance with contract benefit and claims processing guidelines
Required qualifications
  • 0-1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and outstanding listening skills
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with potential for overtime
