Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Service Advocate III will assist State members by addressing benefit and claim inquiries, providing education on self-service tools, and resolving service-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to benefit and claim-related inquiries via phone and written communication
- Utilize the Florida Blue Call Strategy to deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on issue resolutions
- Research and adjudicate claims, ensuring compliance with contract benefit and claims processing guidelines
Required qualifications
- 0-1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated empathy and outstanding listening skills
- Willingness to work assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with potential for overtime
