Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Analyst II to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure incidents within their technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of infrastructure incidents across the enterprise technology ecosystem
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex incidents and lead incident response during critical outages
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts while driving knowledge sharing and documentation within the team
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in UNIX, Storage, and Backup environments
  • Experience with Windows, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS platforms
  • Technical expertise in incident management and service delivery optimization
  • Ability to collaborate with Digital Product Teams and other service teams
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
