Service Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Architect to define, document, and standardize the service layer across managed service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Pre-Sales Technical Architects to design solutions that meet customer requirements during tenders and bids
• Define service processes supported by operational teams, including onboarding workflows and SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on service definitions and support tactical opportunity prioritization

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience defining service processes, customer journeys, or operational workflows
• Background in managed services, SaaS, MSP, or similar service-based environments
• Experience supporting presales or bid processes
• Ability to engage with customers to clarify and develop service requirements
• Strong analytical skills to turn ambiguous requirements into structured artifacts
