Service Availability Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Service Availability Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Incident Commander during major incidents to restore services and minimize business impact
• Design and implement automation tools to enhance system performance and prevent incidents
• Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks to detect anomalies and conduct post-mortems for incident analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an information technology environment
• 3 years of IT Operations experience, including troubleshooting complex issues
• 2 years of experience in incident, problem, change, and release management
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
• Proficiency in scripting languages and familiarity with automation tools
