Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Billing Coordinator to provide management and administrative support to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer client solutions support and manage order-related issues from purchasing to invoicing
  • Establish positive relationships with internal teams and customers by understanding their needs
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant sales support experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or distributor contract management sites is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
