Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Catalog Analyst II to manage and enhance the Service Catalog within IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operational processes with minimal supervision
  • Review new offering requests and prepare documentation for existing offerings
  • Conduct data analysis to identify and recommend improvements for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in an ITIL driven organization
  • Understanding of Metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and Critical Success Factors
  • Background in IT Operations, Research, or Process Engineering is desired
  • Minimum two years of technical or industry experience
  • ITIL v4 Certification is preferred
