Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Catalog Analyst II to manage and enhance the Service Catalog within IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational processes with minimal supervision
- Review new offering requests and prepare documentation for existing offerings
- Conduct data analysis to identify and recommend improvements for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an ITIL driven organization
- Understanding of Metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and Critical Success Factors
- Background in IT Operations, Research, or Process Engineering is desired
- Minimum two years of technical or industry experience
- ITIL v4 Certification is preferred
