Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Analyst to provide technical support and manage service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Take ownership of tickets, providing technical support for desktops, mobile devices, and networks
  • Assist users with access issues and deliver excellent customer service by managing ticket progress
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in incident/request management and service desk support
  • Proficiency with ticket management systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Background in providing technology support in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with medically related environments and Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, HDI Support Center Analyst, A+, and Network+
