Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Analyst to provide technical support and manage service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs and escalate complex issues as needed
- Take ownership of tickets, providing technical support for desktops, mobile devices, and networks
- Assist users with access issues and deliver excellent customer service by managing ticket progress
Required Qualifications
- Experience in incident/request management and service desk support
- Proficiency with ticket management systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Background in providing technology support in a customer service role
- Familiarity with medically related environments and Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, HDI Support Center Analyst, A+, and Network+
