Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Analyst (Tuesday - Saturday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Take ownership of tickets, provide technical support for desktops, mobile devices, and networks
  • Assist users with access issues and deliver excellent customer service by maintaining communication and logging tickets
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in incident/request management and service desk support
  • Proficiency with ticket management systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Background in providing technology support in a medically related environment
  • Certifications preferred: ITIL Foundation, HDI Support Center Analyst, A+, Network+
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
