Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Analyst to provide remote customer support for Federal Government systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone and electronic requests from customers
  • Create, track, and resolve Human Resources application incidents and service requests
  • Fulfill customer requests in a timely manner to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must reside within an hour's commute of Washington, D.C. or Denver, CO
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in a service desk or call center environment
  • HDI Analyst Certification required within 90 business days of hire
  • Experience with ticketing applications (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) preferred
