Job Summary

To provide exceptional service to cardholders, the part-time hourly Service Center Assistant will handle queries related to MasterCard programs via phone and email, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while supporting customers from the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and drive first contact resolution for cardholders
  • Manage customer queries effectively while adhering to program procedures and policies
  • Utilize cross-skilling to assist cardholders in both North American and Latin American regions
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • Strong PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
