Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Service Center, MFLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the MFLC Service Center staff and respond to inquiries from field and program management office staff
  • Implement business processes for new and amended client requirements and provide training to field staff
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance platforms and oversee the inventory tracking system for government property
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience and 2+ years in help desk or resolving technical issues
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Knowledge of call center operations and technical operating systems
  • Basic statistical and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
