Job Summary

Managing the delivery of services in hazard outsourcing, the full-time remote Service Center Operations Leader will oversee client relations, lead multiple teams, and ensure efficient operations while developing and implementing policies and training programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops and administers operating budgets and formulates policies for areas of responsibility
  • Manages hiring processes, evaluates performance standards, and oversees training programs for staff
  • Acts as a liaison for multiple clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years (Level II) or 3 years (Level III) experience leading exempt level employees in a multi-team operation
  • General knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance procedures, including property insurance products
  • Working knowledge of legacy servicing systems such as Alltel or MortgageServ
  • Overall business and financial knowledge related to budgeting and operating a remote service center
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred
