Job Summary
Seeking a motivated individual, the part-time Service Center Representative will provide exceptional customer service remotely, addressing participant inquiries related to employee benefits, including 401(k) and COBRA Plans, during scheduled hours of 10:00am-2:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone and electronic tools across multiple lines of business
- Utilize problem-solving skills to assist participants, applying knowledge of industry standards and internal processes
- Act as a liaison between participants and internal departments, fostering relationships to enhance service quality
Required qualifications:
- Customer-facing experience in a service role
- Strong interest in learning about the financial services industry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
