Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to manage daily claims and serve as a technical expert in health benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medical claims and communicate with providers regarding the claims process
  • Educate customers on documentation, time frames, payment information, and claim status
  • Direct customer calls to appropriate contacts and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • One year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory
