Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to provide excellent service regarding claims for multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison with callers, assisting with questions and solving problems related to claims
  • Educate customers on documentation requirements, time frames, payment information, and claim status
  • Document calls accurately and assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • One year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience required
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Attendance during scheduled work hours is required
  • Ability to support the organization's quality programs
