Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to provide excellent service regarding claims for multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with callers, assisting with questions and solving problems related to claims
- Educate customers on documentation requirements, time frames, payment information, and claim status
- Document calls accurately and assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- One year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience required
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Attendance during scheduled work hours is required
- Ability to support the organization's quality programs
