Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to process medical claims and communicate with providers regarding the claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medical claims and manage daily claims activities
  • Act as the primary liaison with callers, providing assistance and resolving issues related to claims
  • Educate customers on documentation, payment information, and claim status while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • 1 year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
