Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to process medical claims and communicate with providers regarding the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical claims and manage daily claims activities
- Act as the primary liaison with callers, providing assistance and resolving issues related to claims
- Educate customers on documentation, payment information, and claim status while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- 1 year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
- PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
