Job Summary

To support the claims processing team, the part-time virtual Service Center Representative will manage medical claims, communicate with providers about the claims process, and ensure accurate documentation and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Process medical claims and serve as the primary liaison with callers regarding claims-related inquiries
  • Educate customers on documentation requirements, timelines, and claim statuses through various communication channels
  • Accurately enter application information into the claims management system and direct calls to appropriate contacts as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • One year of customer service and claims experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory
