Job Summary
To support a dynamic IT environment, the full-time Service Center Technician will fulfill customer requests, resolve technical issues, and respond to inquiries while working a hybrid schedule from midnight to 10:30 am, Sundays through Wednesdays.
Key responsibilities
- Manage event and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Fulfill service requests and provide access provisioning to enhance desktop computing effectiveness
- Engage in continual service improvement to optimize support services
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Level 1 end-user support role
- High School Diploma and technical vocational training or equivalent work experience
- Fundamental understanding of end-user computing in an enterprise environment, including Windows 10 and Active Directory
- Ability to multitask between customer interaction and ticket documentation
- Healthcare experience is a plus
