Job Summary
To support a dynamic customer service environment, the full-time Service Center Technician will fulfill customer requests, resolve technical issues, and respond to inquiries in a hybrid/remote setting with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage event and incident management processes to ensure effective desktop computing
- Fulfill service requests and provide access provisioning for users
- Engage in continual service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma and technical vocational training or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Level 1 end-user support role
