Job Summary
To ensure ongoing effectiveness of the desktop computing environment, the full-time Service Center Technician will fulfill customer requests, resolve technical issues, and respond to inquiries while working a hybrid/remote schedule from midnight to 10:30 am, Wednesdays through Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfill customer service requests and manage incidents effectively
- Resolve technical issues and provide support for end-users
- Engage in continual service improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma and technical vocational training or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Level 1 end-user support role
