Service Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Consultant (m/w/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure quality control of data deliveries to clients
• Coordinate corrections and modifications based on client requests
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding data usage and products

Required Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Social Economics, Business Informatics, Sociology, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive working style
• Interest in working with numbers and a basic understanding of data structures and models
• Proficient in Office 365; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
