Service Contract Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Service Contract Associate will investigate and resolve low complexity mechanical breakdown claims while providing technical support to external sales staff and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from dealerships, service shops, and inspectors regarding mechanical breakdown claims
• Determine applicable contractual coverage and negotiate repair or replacement solutions
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely resolution of claims and adherence to customer protocols

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair area, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of experience
• Completion of a Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 1+ year of experience in automotive repair
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the auto industry, including areas such as service repair or service management
