Service Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing the creation and maintenance of electronic Statements of Work (SOWs), the full-time remote Service Contracts Manager will drive the delivery of Professional Services offerings by ensuring quality assurance and timely responses to sales requests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development, accuracy, and quality of SOWs while managing multiple deadlines
• Assist in generating pricing breakouts for service offerings and field daily sales requests
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com and Workday for documentation tracking and communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in SOW/contract management or a related position
• Professional writing experience, with a preference for technical writing
• Working knowledge of contractual requirements and IT professional services preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
