Service Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing the delivery of service offerings, the full-time remote Service Contracts Manager will qualify incoming service contract requests, create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure contract compliance while supporting sales efforts and optimizing contract pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and create legally binding services contracts to support Optiv's engagements
• Manage and prioritize a large volume of SOWs and deadlines while ensuring quality and compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and scoping teams on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Paralegal, or Pre-Law
• 4-7 years of combined related work experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in contracts or procurement
• Experience in Client Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SmartDocs, SharePoint, Adobe, and DocuSign
• Cybersecurity or MSSP industry experience preferred
