Service Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing the creation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and related services contracts, the full-time remote Service Contracts Manager will qualify incoming service requests, ensure contract compliance, and support sales teams by providing training and guidance on contract vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and create legally binding services contracts to support Optiv and vendor services engagements
• Manage and prioritize a large volume of SOWs and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship and training to sales and scoping teams on services selling best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Paralegal, or Pre-Law
• 4-7 years of combined related work experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in contracts, supply chain, procurement, or asset management
• 5 years of professional work experience directly related to the role
• Prior experience with Client Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SmartDocs, SharePoint, Adobe, and DocuSign
