Job Summary
Supporting sales teams as a single point of contact, the full-time Service Contracts Specialist will manage service contract opportunities, make high-volume customer calls for service agreement conversions, and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume service contract calls to customers for agreement conversions and upgrades
- Ensure accuracy in data processing and maintain quality standards for all transactions
- Assist sales teams and branch personnel with service contract requests and inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent customer contact experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
