Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator for their ATM support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, dispatch service, and schedule calls
- Create and dispatch work orders, attend planning sessions, and reconcile service paperwork
- Procure parts/materials for service work orders, provide service quotes, and schedule monthly maintenance customer accounts
Required Qualifications:
- College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of call center, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a construction industry environment or security alarm related field preferred
- Basic financial knowledge and skills such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc
- Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
