Job Summary
Handling extensive customer contact, the full-time Service Coordinator will manage day-to-day monitoring of Washington Joint Pole activity, process Plant Damage Claims, and serve as a point of contact for partner utilities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, update, and complete OSP tasks within M6 and handle escalations
- Input and collect Plant Damage Reports and collaborate with the field throughout damage project life
- Compile data into tracking systems and maintain commitment files while adhering to company policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Fundamental knowledge of job-related equipment, tools, and applicable techniques
- Demonstrated effective organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days as needed
