Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Service Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the local branch and corporate customers for equipment and service projects
  • Coordinate with branch personnel to ensure proper ordering, installation, and invoicing of equipment and parts
  • Manage and track all equipment and service projects, including customer communication and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or higher required OR equivalent education and experience
  • 4+ years in project coordination, dispatch, or logistics required
  • Basic computer skills required; Excel experience preferred
